To build your new roof will involve various stages.  First of all, scaffolding will be erected around the property to meet health and safety regulations then we strip off existing roof coverings and cover the roof using a high performance breathable felt.

Next, we batten the roof, fixing on every rafter with galvanised ribbed nails. At this stage we tile the roof in the tile/slate of your choice.  We can either use dry hips and verges or the most common choice being mortar.  We will always ventilate roofs accordingly and all rubbish will be disposed of to ensure your property is left tidy and disruption is kept to a minimum.
